I also limit thier television to an hour a day. We have a WholeFoods Grocery store nearby that sells Organic foods and that is where we shop. When they ask for McDonalds I tell them we don't eat that food anymore; over a month they stopped asking. Limiting thier television has helped tremendously - never trust a food product that launches huge ad campaigns. Best of luck to you. My son is a tiny baby right now, but the day is going to come when he sees some ridiculous cereal commercial with a cartoon character that has his eyes popping out of his head, and starts begging me to buy that trash.
