Many people have asked me, why the “fruit diet”? Are you really going to continue to eat this way your entire life? The best one is: “when are you going back to real food?” To answer some questions, I really do not know what my diet is going to be like at the end of the 70 days. Do you? I really do not think anyone can answer that question, with all honesty.
Besides, I live for today and not for tomorrow.
That is not to say I don’t plan events in my life – I do. All I’m saying is that today is what matters and tomorrow can wait.
The day went by uneventful and really with no incidents – as expected. I cannot answer for every day going forward, but I realized every day is going to be the same to report, so I’m stopping my Eden Diet posts and I’m only gong to report on a weekly basis. If anything should pop-up or warrant a post I’ll write about it, otherwise, these are going to weekly posts. When I start the water cleanse I’ll go back to the daily posts.
Can’t wait to get started.
